Boiling, condensing and drying all take place at one time. There is no cooked ‘broth’ and therefore no hazardous odours are produced. During the boiling process, waste steam is generated and conducted to the Teinenpi Deodorizing Apparatus, which decomposes the elements of the smell under high- temperature pyrolysis. Through the process no waste water is produced, since the treated steam is emitted into the atmosphere.
