With this system, the loaded material (in either liquid or solid form) is conducted upwards to the heat transmitting wall by the rotating cyclone fin and there it is held against the heating wall in a thin film by centrifugal force. As a consequence of this, a high heat efficiency can be maintained. Any waste steam from the process is conducted to the super heat steam generator, in which waste steam is burnt at higher than 700 deg.C. and emitted in an odorless condition under high temperature oxidization. This waste steam, with a high water content, is converted into super-heat steam, which has a high calorie value, and this circulates inside the jacket of the super heat dryer, thereby heating it and obtaining a high heat efficiency. As it expends its calories, so the steam reduces in temperature and when it has reached about 250 deg.C., it is emitted into the atmosphere as a non-pollutant. When the moisture content of the loaded material reaches a value of between 6 and 8%, the thermo-censor sends a signal which automatically opens the outlet valve, and the dried product is discharged by the centrifugal force of the cyclone fin.
