| 1968/January | Mr. Masao Kanai commenced business activities. |

| 1970/March | Sankyo Design Office was founded, aiming at designing Oil & Petrochemical Refining Apparatus. Paid-up capital of 300,000 Yen (JPY). |
| 1972/May | Commenced sales of self-developed products. |
| 1976/January | Capital increased to 1,500,000 Yen (JPY). |
| 1976/September | Supplied to Showa Oil Corp. the Sulfur Recovery Unit, which was the first engineering technology of its kind in Japan. |
| 1977/April | Another first in Japanese technology, the Hydro-Carbon Steam Recovery Unit, was delivered to Komaki Airbase, for the Ground Self Defense Agency. |
| 1977/July | An agreement for technical collaboration with Showa Oil Corp., which was a prime achievement for the design office in Japan. |
| 1978/June | Launched the Teinenpi apparatus, an outstanding energy saving deodorant system, using the direct burning method. |
| 1980/April | Capital increased to 5,000,000 Yen (JPY) |
| 1980/December | Set up Sankyo Design Co. ,Ltd. Paid-up capital was 5,000,000 Yen (JPY) |
| 1983/July | Completed the Waste Gas Evaporator using the film membrane gravity method. Completed the Three-stage Effective Condenser using the film membrane gravity method. |
| 1983/August | Development of the Rendering Cooker, the first of its kind in the world. |
| 1984/January | Completion of a new office building. |
| 1987/November | Launched the Okadora Tornado Dryer, a vertical-type indirect steam heating method. |
| 1988/March | Inauguration of 25th anniversary. |
| 1990/December | NHK, Nationwide Broadcasting, telecasted “Okadora” Apparatus. |
| 1991/October | Sankyo Design Co. ,Ltd. became Sankyo Engineering Co. ,Ltd. |
| 1993/March | 25th anniversary. |
| 1995/March | Launched the Okadora Cyclone Dryer. |
| 1996/January | Capital increased to 10,000,000Yen (JPY) |
| 1996/June | The Full Pollution-Free Drying System without waste water and odour was developed. |
| 1997/May | The Okadora High Speed Carbonizing System by non-oxygen pyrolysis method was developed. |
| 1998/January | Sankyo Engineering Co. ,Ltd transferred the right of manufacturing and sales to Okadora Co. ,Ltd. in order to concentrate on research & development. |
| 1998/March | 30th anniversary. |
| 1999/August | Sales of the Boil & Dry Maturing System were commenced. |
| 2000/April | Sales of the Super Heat Dryer were commenced. Sales of the Raw Garbage Boil & Dry Livestock Feed Plant were commenced. |
