The Okadora New Oil Recovery Equipment uses a process that decomposes petrochemical wastes into oil or flammable gases plus carbonized matter. It is basically composed of a feed hopper, a thermal cracking machine, a hot air generator and a catalyst distiller. This makes it possible to operate without skilled technology or high level technical knowledge.
At first, the feedstock (or raw material) is fed into the thermal cracking unit from the supplying hopper automatically. The perimeter jacket is heated to between 600 and 700 deg.C. The specially designed fin (with Worldwide Patent), which is installed inside the unit, rotates and the petrochemical waste is forced out onto the heat transmission surface as a thin film which is rapidly heated and dissolved into oil.
The dissolved oil becomes a volatile gas which is conducted to a catalyst distiller where a decomposition reaction is conducted and it is separated into distilled oil and non-condensable gases. The non-condensable gases are utilized in the hot-air generator as fuel for the unit.
The carbonized matter which remains in the inside of the unit is used again as a recycling matter for fuel.
At the time of thermal decomposition, any chlorine contaminant in the petrochemical waste is conducted to the catalyst distiller where the generation of chlorine is controlled by the catalyst. As a result, the hydrochloric acid is completely removed and a neutral distilled oil is produced. Any solid particles are removed from the distilled oil and a refined oil is the final product.
The Okadora Oil Recovery Equipment is capable of adapting and recycling most petrochemical products such as Shredder Dust from used car or household appliances, waste plastic, styrofoam, waste tire and its mixtures, waste oil (used lubricating oil) etc. Traditionally, such oil recovery processes have been considered unrealistic.
Okadora equipment is most advantageous in processing any feedstock (raw waste materials) which contains particles of earth and sand, wood, or organic waste containing raw garbage. It achieves this without any trouble through the catalyst distillation and thermal cracking devices.
The refined oil produced by the Okadora Oil Recovery Equipment is a high-quality product. The refined oil can be classified for diesel oil applications and A-type heavy oil applications at the lowest.
